At Cognitive Surplus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your science-themed home goods. If your purchase doesn't spark joy or curiosity, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile glassware and home decor are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
